Accurate Information. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. aaaaopen may restrict withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
Account Activation. Registration does not constitute an obligation on aaaaopen to accept any particular player. aaaaopen reserves the right to decline any registration or to close any account at its discretion, subject to returning any unencumbered balance held in that account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaaopen login credentials. Processing Times. aaaaopen endeavours to process approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will only be processed once the player's KYC verification is complete. aaaaopen may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are anomalies in account activity.
Bonus Wagering Requirements. Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will result in those bonus funds being forfeited.

aaaaopen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to aaaaopen in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits aaaaopen's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by aaaaopen's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Limitation Period. You must bring any claim arising from these Terms within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought outside this period are time-barred.
